I have always been passionate about real estate and renovating houses. I’ll never forget my first home purchase. I bought a vintage condo in Chicago that was built in the early 1900’s. Original wood floors, beautiful crown moldings and even a clawfoot tub in the bathroom. It was cool but also very dated at the same time.

It didn’t take me long to gut the kitchen, put in granite countertops, new cabinets, appliances, a marble backsplash and new light fixtures. But I didn’t stop there. I saw an opportunity to convert the dining room into a 2nd bedroom and added some drywall, french doors and a closet and boom, 2nd bedroom. I was hooked! 

Besides real estate investing I enjoy golf, traveling and spending time with my family.
